	The Arabic and Islamic History(Double main)course was The Arabic and Islamic History(Double main)course was started in 1979,This was the seventh degree course introduced in the MES Kalladi College since its establishment in 1967.The first batch started with 2 students who successfully Completed the course had left the institution with first class in 1982,Since then 25 batches have left the institution up to 2007,From the second batch the students began to grab university ranks In the degree examinations.Miss Safiya.K bagged the second Rank and Mr.Muhammed Rasheed the third Rank in 1983.From 1985 the course gained a momentum having admitted 40 students.

Even then the winning spree with100% results and top Ranks in University level continued,To the present moment,there had been more than 25 rank holders from this department.This year also the department has credited with first rank and third rank at the university bagged by K.P.Abdul Hakkeem and K.Zeenath respectively.In short,the Arabic and Islamic History Deparment is always in the forefront with flying colours in University examinations thereby adding new cromns of victory in the head of the college.
